Privacy Policy

The Lab (lab.genesismpc.com) is a members-only community and course site run by Austin Merrill, Performance by Austin. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you sign in with Apple, Google, or an email link: your name, email address, and profile photo, if the service you sign in with shares them. If you use Apple's “Hide My Email,” we only see the relay address Apple gives us.

What you add yourself: profile details like your sport, position, team, and bio, plus anything you post or comment in the community.

How you use the course: which lessons you've completed, so we can show your progress.

We do not collect payment information on this site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To sign you in, run your account, show your profile to other members, save your course progress, and contact you about The Lab. That's it.

Who can see it

Other signed-in members can see your name, photo, and profile details, and the posts you make. Your email address is not shown to other members. We never sell your information.

We use a small number of service providers to run The Lab: Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (hosting), and Apple and Google (sign-in). They handle data only to provide those services.

Young athletes

The Lab is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the account.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. To delete your account and everything tied to it, email us and we'll remove it.
